As your Independent Travel Consultant with Jamie Wake Travel, I can arrange your holiday through trusted suppliers, with appropriate financial protection where applicable, and provide support throughout your journey.
Financial Protection
The specific protection that applies to your holiday will be confirmed in your booking documentation.
ATOL Protection
Where applicable, flight-inclusive holidays are protected under ATOL. Where Jamie Wake Travel’s ATOL applies, the ATOL number is 12759.
Protected Trust Services
Where applicable, non-flight holidays are protected through Protected Trust Services (PTS), with client funds held through its trust account structure.
Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI)
SFI provides protection where an eligible non-airline supplier, such as a hotel, car hire company or tour provider, fails.
Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI)
SAFI provides protection where an eligible scheduled airline fails, helping protect the cost of the affected flight arrangements.
