At Wanderlust & Wags, I like to keep things simple, with clear pricing and no hidden surprises.
Whether you need someone to pop in for an hour, provide care throughout the day, or look after your dog while you’re away, you’ll always know exactly what’s included.
All care is provided in your dog’s own home, allowing your dog to remain in familiar surroundings, follow their usual routine, and enjoy one-to-one care while you’re away.
Visits & Day Sitting
Whether you’re at work, away for the day or simply need someone to check in on your dog, there’s a care option to suit your needs.

Evening & Overnight Care

What's Included
Every booking is tailored to your dog’s individual routine and needs. Depending on the service booked, this may include:
- Feeding and fresh water
- Walks as agreed
- Playtime and companionship
- Plenty of fuss and attention (if your dog enjoys it!)
- Administering routine medication where required
- Toilet breaks
- Keeping to your dog’s normal daily routine
- Regular updates and photographs for your peace of mind
- Bringing in post
- Opening and closing curtains if requested
- Watering indoor plants if requested
Before Your First Booking
Before providing any care, I’ll arrange a complimentary Meet & Greet in your home. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your dog’s routine, answer any questions and ensure everyone is comfortable before the first booking.
There is no obligation to book following the Meet & Greet. It is simply an opportunity for us to decide whether Wanderlust & Wags is the right fit for you and your dog.
Quotations and Booking
A personalised quotation will be provided where your requirements differ from the standard services or prices above.
A quotation does not reserve your dates. Your dates remain subject to availability until your booking is confirmed.
If you would like to proceed after receiving your quotation, we’ll arrange the complimentary Meet & Greet. If I decide to accept the booking, the required booking paperwork will then be provided for you to review and accept.
Your booking is confirmed once the required booking paperwork has been completed and the 25% Booking Fee has been received.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable if you cancel. It forms part of the total booking price, is not an additional charge and is credited towards the amount payable for your booking.
The remaining balance is payable by the agreed due date, normally 14 days before your booking begins unless otherwise agreed. Short-notice bookings may require payment in full when the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation & Changes
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please let me know in writing by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Any amount already paid, including the Booking Fee, is credited against the applicable total cancellation charge. The Booking Fee is therefore not charged again as part of the cancellation charge.
If a cancelled booking can be re-booked, I will consider whether a partial refund is appropriate, taking into account any time, expenses and other costs incurred in connection with the original booking.
Changes to a confirmed booking may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation terms.
No refunds or credits are offered for early returns, reductions in booking dates within 48 hours of the booking start, or cancellations made on the booking start date.
If Wanderlust & Wags needs to cancel a confirmed booking, a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking will be provided.
Full booking and cancellation terms are set out in the Dog Sitting Agreement provided before your booking is confirmed.
Additional Information
- Prices are based on care for one household.
- If you have multiple dogs or require additional services, a personalised quotation will be provided.
- Arrival and departure times for holiday bookings are agreed when you book.
- Bank Holiday bookings may be be subject to an additional charge.
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
